Steak & Shrimp

Chili Crisp Hollandaise

Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Crispy Breakfast Potatoes

Method

Steak & Shrimp

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak and Shrimp

Season the filet mignon medallions with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the medallions for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. In the last few minutes of grilling, add the shrimp to the grill and cook until they turn opaque and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Chili Crisp Hollandaise

  1. 2

    Make the Hollandaise Sauce

In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler). Slowly whisk in the melted unsalted butter until the sauce is thickened and creamy. Stir in chili crisp and season with salt to taste. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Scrambled Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt a small amount of butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring frequently until the eggs are soft and slightly runny. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat.

Crispy Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 4

    Cook the Breakfast Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown. Adjust seasoning as needed.
