Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Broiler

Set your oven's broiler to high and allow it to preheat for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.

  3. 3

    Marinate the Grouper

Place the grouper fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each fillet is well coated. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Arrange the Fillets

Line a broiler-safe baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place the marinated grouper fillets on the baking sheet, skin side down.

  2. 5

    Broil the Grouper

Place the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil for about 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in color. Watch closely to avoid burning.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnishing

Remove the fillets from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
