Cook the Tagliatelle

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Making Shrimp Puttanesca Sauce

Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the diced tomatoes, olives, and capers. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Stir in fresh parsley and season with black pepper to taste.

Making Anchovy Breadcrumbs

Prepare the Breadcrumbs

In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped anchovy fillets, minced garlic, and breadcrumbs. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy. Stir in chopped parsley.

Combining and Serving

Combine and Serve

Toss the cooked tagliatelle with the shrimp puttanesca sauce until well coated. Serve immediately, topped with anchovy breadcrumbs.
