Muddle the Cherries and Mint
In a mixing glass, add the fresh cherries and mint leaves. Muddle them gently to release the flavors without completely breaking the cherries apart.

Add the Liquids
Pour in the Uncle Nearest 1884 Bourbon, New Riff Rye, Averna Amaro, vanilla extract, and fresh lime juice into the mixing glass with the muddled cherries and mint.

Shake the Cocktail
Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish the drink with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
