Juicing the Oranges
Cut the fresh oranges in half. Use a citrus juicer or reamer to extract juice from the orange halves into a measuring cup. Make sure to remove any seeds that may fall into the juice.

Mixing the Mimosa
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with the Prosecco. Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles from the Prosecco.

Serving the Mimosa
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim.
