Prepare the Coffee

Brew the Coffee
Brew 1 cup of Hubbard & Cravens coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.). Ensure the coffee is strong and hot for the best flavor.

Dissolve the Sugar
In a heatproof glass or mug, add 1 tablespoon of demerara sugar to the brewed coffee. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Combine Ingredients

Add Irish Whiskey
Pour in 1 ounce of Sexton Irish Whiskey into the glass with the sweetened coffee. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Top with Whipped Cream

Add Whipped Cream
Take 1 cup of whipped cream and carefully spoon it over the back of a spoon onto the coffee mixture to create a layered effect. Do not stir; allow the whipped cream to float on top.
Serve

Presentation
Serve the Irish Coffee immediately while hot. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings on top of the whipped cream for an extra touch.
