Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped fresh rosemary. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Steak

Rub the marinade all over the ribeye steak pieces, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Grilling the Steak

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 232-260°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Steak

Place the marinated steaks on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness.

  3. 5

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Sides Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare Baby Potatoes

Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 7

    Sauté Asparagus

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the asparagus before serving.

Plating

  1. 8

    Serve the Dish

Slice the rested steak and serve alongside the sautéed asparagus and boiled baby potatoes. Enjoy your grilled steak dinner!
