Chill the Ingredients
Before you start preparing your Aperol, chill your Prosecco and Aperol in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes until it reaches halfway full.

Mix the Base Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice, followed by 3 oz of chilled Prosecco, and then add 1 oz of soda water.
