Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thighs with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish and roast them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Cook the Chicken

While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make the Sauce

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and serve with the sliced chicken on top. Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh rosemary if desired.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Place the stuffing inside the cavity. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 30 minutes before carving.

Prepare the Turkey

Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Keep warm until serving.

Make Mashed Potatoes

Use the turkey drippings to make gravy. In a saucepan, whisk together the drippings and flour, cooking until thickened. Add broth to reach desired consistency.

Prepare Gravy

In a baking dish, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and French fried onions. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Green Bean Casserole

Serve chilled or at room temperature. You can make this ahead of time.
