Base Liquids (choose one)

Optional Flavor & Sweetener Add-ins

Garnish (optional)

Method

Prepare Base

  1. 1

    Select base

Decide whether you want Iced (cold water + ice) or Coconut Water. For Iced: use cold water and add ice cubes. For Coconut Water: use chilled unsweetened coconut water and omit ice if desired.

  2. 2

Measure 1 cup of your chosen base into a tall glass or serving bottle.

Add Flavor & Sweetener

  1. 3

Add 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice to the base. This brightens the drink and complements coconut water well.

  2. 4

If you prefer a touch of sweetness, stir in 1 teaspoon simple syrup. Adjust up or down to taste.

  3. 5

Optional: add a pinch of sea salt to enhance flavor and electrolytes (especially good with coconut water).

  4. 6

Optional: gently bruise 4 mint leaves between your fingers and add to the glass for a minty aroma. If using ginger, add the 1/2 tsp thin slices for a mild spicy note. Muddle gently if you want more intensity.

Assemble & Garnish

  1. 7

Stir the drink for 10–15 seconds to integrate lime, syrup and any added flavors.

  2. 8

If you used ice for an iced option, leave ice in the glass. For coconut water served without ice, you may add 2–3 ice cubes if you want it chilled.

  3. 9

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
