Prepare the Green Beans
Wash and trim the ends off the fresh green beans. Cut them into 1-2 inch pieces.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mixing the Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assembly

Combine Green Beans and Sauce
Add the prepared green beans to the mixing bowl with the sauce. Stir until all the green beans are coated with the sauce.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Pour the green bean mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the French fried onions evenly over the top of the green bean mixture.

Bake the Casserole
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and heated through.
