Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Use a large skillet over medium heat to sauté the spinach for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Blend the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Chop the sautéed spinach and artichoke hearts (if using whole) and add them to the bowl along with the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until everything is well combined.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
