Method
Prepare the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Steep Tea Leaves
Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves. Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a pitcher and discard the tea leaves. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Make the Peach Mixture

Prepare Peaches
Dice 2 cups of fresh peaches and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Honey and Lemon
Add 1 tablespoon of Savoy honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the diced peaches. Mix well to combine.
Combine Ingredients

Mix Tea and Peaches
Once the tea has cooled, pour it into the mixing bowl with the peach mixture. Stir until well combined.

Add Whiskey
Pour in 2 ounces of Wild Parallel Whiskey and stir gently to incorporate.
