Prepare the Glass
Start by selecting a large wine glass or a spritz glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

In the chilled glass, pour in 3 oz of Aperol, followed by 3 oz of Champagne or Prosecco. Add 1 oz of fresh lemon juice to the mixture.

Top off the mixture with 1 oz of club soda to add a refreshing fizz.
