Method

Preparing the Fruit

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly rinse strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple under cool running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Slice the Strawberries

Remove the green tops of the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Peel and Chop the Kiwi

Peel the kiwis with a knife, then slice them into rounds or quarters.

  4. 4

    Chop the Pineapple

Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, then slice off the skin. Chop the flesh into bite-sized chunks.

  5. 5

    Slice the Bananas

Peel the bananas and slice them into round pieces.

  6. 6

    Combine the Fruits

In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and banana. Gently toss to mix.

Making the Dressing (optional)

  1. 7

    Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice until well combined.

  2. 8

    Add Fresh Mint

Chop the mint leaves finely and add them to the dressing mixture. Stir well to incorporate.

  3. 9

    Drizzle Over the Fruit

Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits just before serving, and gently toss to coat.
