In a large bowl, combine the pickles, water, salt, sugar, garlic powder, black peppercorns, and dill seeds. Mix well until the salt and sugar dissolve.

Add the chicken breasts to the brine, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare Dredging Station
Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with all-purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs mixed with buttermilk, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Dredge the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the brine and pat dry. Dredge each piece in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
