Method

Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape each part into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) for medium doneness.

Burger Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Buns and Toppings

Slice the brioche buns in half. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and red onion into rings.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread aioli on both halves of the brioche buns. Place the cooked patty on the bottom half, and layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

House Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
