  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

    Add Hibiscus and Tea Bags

Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers and 2 black tea bags to the saucepan.

  3. 3

    Steep

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Strain

    Add Blueberries

Add 1 cup of fresh blueberries to the pitcher with the brewed tea.

  2. 6

    Sweeten

Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey or sweetener of choice, adjusting to taste.

  3. 7

    Add Lemon Juice

Pour in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for added flavor.

  4. 8

    Muddle (Optional)

If desired, gently muddle the blueberries with a muddler or back of a spoon to release more flavor.
