Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cut in the Butter
Add the unsalted butter to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape and Bake
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with a round cutter and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Seasonal Muffins

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the seasonal fruit.

Bake Muffins
Divide the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Prepare the Fresh Fruit
Wash and cut the assorted fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a serving platter.
Jam

Spoon the fruit jam into a small bowl for serving alongside the biscuits and muffins.
Greek Yogurt

Spoon the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl and set it next to the fruit and jam.
