Main Ingredients

Method

Main Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Chicken

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Season the natural chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Once cooked, remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Crisp the Prosciutto

In the same skillet, add the prosciutto slices and cook over medium heat until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and let cool on a paper towel.

  3. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

Dice the tomato and finely chop the red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the chopped chicken and crumbled blue cheese to the bowl with the tomato and onion.

Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 6

    Dress the Salad

Pour the dressing over the chopped chicken mixture in the large bowl and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Salad

Crumble the crispy prosciutto on top of the salad. Serve immediately, garnished with additional blue cheese if desired.
