Cook the top round roast until tender. Shred the roast using two forks and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, red chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

Fold in the canned diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and lime juice into the dip mixture until well combined.
