Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pancake Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk and melted butter. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. If desired, gently fold in blueberries.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs and Bacon

While the pancakes are cooking, prepare the bacon in a separate skillet over medium heat until crispy. In the same skillet, cook the eggs to your preferred style (scrambled, fried, etc.) while the bacon cooks.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the pancakes warm with the cooked eggs and bacon on the side.
