Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini, onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes into even pieces.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, onion, bell peppers, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the marinated vegetables on the grill. Grill the zucchini and bell peppers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear. Grill the onions until they are translucent and slightly charred.

  5. 5

    Add the Tomatoes and Cheese

In the last few minutes of grilling, add the sliced tomatoes and Swiss cheese on top of the grilled vegetables. Close the grill lid to allow the cheese to melt.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the cheese is melted and the vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill. Serve hot, either as a main dish or as a side.
