Blend the Marinade
Let the chile mixture cool slightly, then blend until smooth. Add a little more water if necessary to achieve a pourable consistency.

Marinate the Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and place in a baking dish. Pour the blended marinade over the pork, ensuring it’s well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook the Pork
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 3 hours, or until the pork is tender.

Assemble the Dish
Once the pork is done, shred it and serve with the cooked eggs, papitas, and warm flour tortillas on the side.
