Method
Veal Chop
- 1
Prepare the Veal Chop
Preheat your broiler to high. Pat the veal chops dry with paper towels to ensure they sear properly.
- 2
Season the Chops
Drizzle the olive oil over the veal chops and rub the salt and black pepper evenly on both sides. Place the fresh rosemary on top of the chops.
- 3
Broil the Veal Chops
Place the veal chops on a broiler pan and broil for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 4
Prepare the Garlic Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Pasta
- 5
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.
- 6
Drain and Toss
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat. Set aside.
Vegetables
- 7
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- 8
Cook Until Tender
Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
