Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender. Add the minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 4
Create the Sauce
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Return the grilled chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for an additional minute just to heat through. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
