Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add Wine and Artichokes
Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Add the quartered artichoke hearts and bring the mixture to a simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

Finish the Dish
Return the chicken to the skillet and drizzle with lemon juice. Allow everything to simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.

Garnish the dish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your Chicken Genovese!
