Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Stir in the ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.

Mix in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add the Marsala Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Combine with Ham and Cheese
Stir in the diced ham and mix well. Allow the mixture to cook for an additional 5 minutes.

In a serving dish, place the cooked pasta and pour the chicken Bolognese sauce over it. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
