Fondue

Method

Fondue Preparation

  1. 1

    Melt the Cheese

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the smoked cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and beer. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and smooth.

  2. 2

    Add Flavorings

Add the chopped jalapeños, minced garlic, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Stir well to combine and allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve

Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or a heatproof serving dish to keep warm.

Grilled Pretzel Bites Preparation

  1. 4

    Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Roll the pretzel dough into small bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

    Boil the Pretzel Bites

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the baking soda. Drop the pretzel bites into the boiling water for about 30 seconds, then remove and let drain.

  3. 6

    Egg Wash and Season

Brush the boiled pretzel bites with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

  4. 7

    Grill the Pretzel Bites

Place the pretzel bites on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Sausage Preparation

  1. 8

    Grill the Sausages

Place the Wagyu beef and wild boar sausages on the grill over medium heat. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.

  2. 9

    Slice and Serve

Remove the sausages from the grill, let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

BBQ Sauce Preparation

  1. 10

    Mix the Ingredients

In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 11

    Simmer the Sauce

Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 12

    Serve

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving alongside the sausages.
