Method

Dill Buttered Potatoes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the Yukon Gold potatoes and cut them into evenly sized chunks.

  2. 2

    Boil the Potatoes

In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the potato chunks and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.

  3. 3

    Drain and Season

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until the butter is melted and potatoes are evenly coated.

Black Garlic

  1. 4

    Prepare Black Garlic

Peel the black garlic cloves and set them aside for serving.

Charred Leeks

  1. 5

    Prepare the Leeks

Trim the roots and dark green tops from the leeks, leaving the white and light green parts. Slice them in half lengthwise and rinse under cold water to remove any dirt.

  2. 6

    Char the Leeks

Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the leeks, cut side down, and sprinkle with salt. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until charred and tender.

Horseradish Cream

  1. 7

    Combine the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until well blended.

Ora King Salmon

  1. 8

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the Ora King salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 9

    Cook the Salmon

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
