Ice Bath
Immediately transfer the cooked shrimp to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 2 tablespoons of Meyer lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.
- 5
Adjust Flavor
Taste the sauce and add hot sauce as desired for additional heat. Mix again to incorporate.
- 6
Chill Sauce
Cover the cocktail sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
