Preparation of Bread Pudding

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Bread
Cut the stale bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla bean paste, and Frangelico liqueur until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes and gently fold until all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Add Flavorings
Fold in the white chocolate chips, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the soaked bread mixture.
Baking and Serving

Transfer to Baking Dish
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Pour the bread pudding mixture into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the pudding is set in the center and golden on top.

Allow the bread pudding to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Scoop portions into bowls and serve warm with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top.
