Preparation of Chicken Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.

Prepare for Slow Cooking
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Set Up Slow Cooker
Transfer the wings to a slow cooker, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 24 hours.
Korean BBQ Glaze

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir well.

Simmer the Glaze
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Glaze the Wings
Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove them from the slow cooker and toss them in the Korean BBQ glaze until well coated.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the glazed wings before serving.
Buffalo Sauce

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine.

Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove them from the slow cooker and toss them in the Buffalo sauce until well coated.
