Method

Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the Organic AZ Yuma Tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the Farmer's Greens thoroughly and chop them into manageable pieces. Peel the Cucumber and slice it into thin rounds or half-moons.

Making Croutons

  1. 2

    Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into small cubes, about 1 inch in size. In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread the croutons on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Preparing the Dressing

  1. 3

    Mix the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 4

    Combine and Serve

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, Farmer's Greens, and cucumber. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. Top with the freshly made croutons and serve immediately.
