Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the Basil Hayden Straight Kentucky Bourbon, Aperol, and Sweet Vermouth.

Stir the Mixture
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Cocktail
Using a strainer, pour the chilled mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it into the glass as garnish. Serve immediately.
