Preparation of Salad Base
1. Wash and Prepare Greens
Thoroughly wash the organic Yuma AZ greens under cold water. Spin dry and place in a large salad bowl.
2. Slice Cucumber
Wash the cucumber, trim the ends, and slice it into thin rounds. Add the cucumber slices to the bowl with the greens.
3. Add Croutons
Sprinkle the croutons evenly over the greens and cucumber in the salad bowl.

4. Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
