Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Rinse the baby bok choy thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

  2. 2

    Chop the Garlic and Ginger

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them. Peel the ginger and slice it into thin strips or grate it for a finer texture.

  3. 3

    Heat the Wok

Place a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and allow it to heat up for about 1-2 minutes until hot.

  4. 4

    Add Oil

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the hot wok. Swirl the oil around to coat the bottom of the wok evenly.

  5. 5

    Sauté Garlic and Ginger

Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

  6. 6

    Add Bok Choy

Add the prepared baby bok choy to the wok. Stir-fry quickly for about 3-5 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems are tender-crisp.

  7. 7

    Season and Serve

Season the bok choy with salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to combine and serve immediately as a side dish.
