Directions
- 1
Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.
- 2
Sauté Minced Pork
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up the meat.
- 3
Add Garlic and Lime Leaves
Mince the garlic and finely slice the lime leaves. Add them to the skillet with the pork and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4
Cook Brussels Sprouts
Add the prepared Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Stir to combine with the pork mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Brussels sprouts are tender but still vibrant green.
- 5
Season the Dish
Pour in the fish sauce and soy sauce, then sprinkle the chili flakes. Stir well to ensure the Brussels sprouts and pork are evenly coated in the sauces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6
Add Puffed Rice
Just before serving, gently fold in the puffed rice to add a crunchy texture. Cook for an additional minute.
- 7
Serve
Remove from heat, squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish, and serve hot. Enjoy your Thai Brussels sprouts!
