Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Belly

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Boil them in water for about 15 minutes to tenderize.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes or until they are softened. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a bit of oil, and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir-Fry the Ingredients

In the same pan, add the boiled pork belly and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until browned. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine Everything

Add the softened rice noodles to the pan with pork and bean sprouts. Toss everything together and add the scrambled eggs on top. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
