Directions
- 1
Prepare Ingredients
Start by gathering all the ingredients. Clean and shred the crab meat, chop the green onions, and mince the garlic.
- 2
Scramble the Eggs
In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- 3
Stir-fry Garlic and Onions
In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and chopped green onions. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4
Add Crab Meat and Rice
Add the shredded crab meat to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Then, add the cooked jasmine rice and mix well, ensuring the rice is heated through.
- 5
Season the Rice
Pour in the Shaoxing wine and soy sauce, and sprinkle with white pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
- 6
Combine with Scrambled Eggs
Fold in the scrambled eggs into the rice mixture and cook for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 7
Serve
Remove from heat and serve the drunken crab fried rice hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
