Prepare the Shrimp Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp, turmeric powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped dill, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Cakes
Divide the shrimp mixture into equal portions and form them into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Cook the Cakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Cook the shrimp cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and vegetable oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Shape the Buns
After resting, divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Flatten each ball into a disc about 3 inches in diameter.

Steam the Buns
Place the discs in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for about 10-12 minutes until fluffy and cooked through. Keep warm.

Prepare the Jam
In a small saucepan, combine turmeric powder, honey, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
