In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Ingredients
Gradually add the dry mixture to the yeast mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Bao Buns
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten into oval shapes. Place them on parchment paper.

Steam the buns for about 10-15 minutes until fluffy.

In a bowl, combine shrimp, turmeric, minced garlic, egg, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small patties.

Dill Pork Belly or Tofu

In a bowl, mix dill, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add pork belly or tofu and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cabbage Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Toss well to combine.
