1. Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. Cook the Steak

Add olive oil to the skillet or grill. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness (medium rare is about 135°F).

3. Prepare Garlic Butter

While the steak is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat.

4. Cook the Shrimp

In another pan, add a little olive oil and sauté the shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

5. Serve the Dish

Once the steak is cooked, place it on a plate. Top with garlic butter and arrange the shrimp on top. Serve with loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli on the side.
