1. Prepare the Ribeye Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2. Cook the Ribeye Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ribeye steaks for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

3. Prepare the Garlic Butter
