Cook the Beef
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the spices (cumin, chili powder, paprika) and cook for another minute to incorporate the flavors.

Melt the Cheese
Reduce the heat to low. Add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Then, gradually add the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring continuously until fully melted.

Incorporate Salsa and Jalapeños
Pour in the salsa and diced jalapeños, mixing everything well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
