Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Make the Rub

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover them tightly with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the ribs are caramelized and sticky, remove them from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
