Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

Make the Rub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Season the Ribs
Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover them tightly with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

Serve
Once the ribs are caramelized and sticky, remove them from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
