Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the cilantro, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Proteins

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and season with 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning. Cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Repeat the process for the beef flank steak and shrimp, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of seasoning for each.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the chopped bell peppers and onion until they are tender, about 5-6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Return all the cooked proteins to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss together until well mixed and heated through. Serve with warm flour tortillas, Mexican rice, black beans, and your choice of sour cream, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and guacamole on the side.
