Preparation Steps

1. Cook the Beef Patty

Grill or pan-fry the Oldtimer® beef patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

2. Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.

3. Prepare the Bun

Toast the burger bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

4. Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar, pickles, tomato slices, diced red onions, and mustard.

5. Finish and Serve

Top with the other half of the bun, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
