1. Cook the Beef Patty
Grill or pan-fry the Oldtimer® beef patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
2. Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
4. Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheddar, pickles, tomato slices, diced red onions, and mustard.
5. Finish and Serve
Top with the other half of the bun, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
