1. Prepare the Breading Station

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Season the flour with salt and pepper.

2. Bread the Mozzarella Sticks

Dip each mozzarella stick first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

3. Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

4. Fry the Mozzarella Sticks

Fry the breaded mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5. Make the Nashville Hot Sauce

In a bowl, combine cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.

6. Toss the Fried Mozzarella in Sauce

Once the mozzarella sticks are fried and drained, toss them in the Nashville hot sauce until evenly coated.

7. Serve

Plate the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and serve with house-made ranch dressing on the side.
