Cake Preparation

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined and slightly frothy.

Add Flour
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fill Ramekins
Evenly distribute the batter among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce.
